The Rockshox Monarch RT3 Tune Mid RebMid Comp Soft Pedal 320 Lock-Out Force Fork is a great upgrade for your mountain bike if you're looking for an all-around bike. It has an open mode for downhill, pedal mode for pedaling, and lockout for smooth trails. However, be sure to measure the eyelet mounting holes center to center to ensure it fits your specialized mountain bike. Keep in mind that it does not come with a shock pump or volume spacers. It does come with bushings, but be aware that it uses a different bushing size than the Asian standard. The shock is manually locked out and cannot be locked out remotely with a kit. Some customers have expressed frustration with the fixed position of the fill nipple, which protrudes towards the knee while riding. Overall, the Rockshox Monarch RT3 is a great shock upgrade for your mountain bike.
