The Zaza Darbuka is a drum made of cast aluminum that comes with a simple carrying bag. It produces a good doum and tek sound and has nice ornamental scrollwork. However, the drum is quite thick and doesn't have a resonant sound like cheaper alternatives. It is also easy to dent, so users must be careful while handling it. The bag that comes with it doesn't have any padding and is not of good quality. Despite all these shortcomings, the drum is worth its price.
