However, some customers have complained that the protector does not actually protect the mattress from liquids and odor, even when it claims to be 100% waterproof. Some have experienced the liquid and odor seeping through to the mattress, rendering the protector useless. Additionally, some customers have complained that the protector is thin and warm to sleep on, and that it makes noise when you move around on it.
