This walker is made in China and has a minimum height from the bottom of the seat to floor of approximately 7.10". It can be used up to 30 lb and requires two AAA batteries to play music. The seat has two leg holes which will have a strip of material between the legs. The walker is entertaining for babies and easy to put together. However, the white wheels don't roll well and it's difficult for chunky-legged babies to move in it.
