It comes with a Lightning Valve adaptor that can attach to most hoses or inflators. It is recommended to inflate the tube to 2.0 psi. However, customers have reported leaks and deflation issues, which can be fixed by checking the valve or inside the tube for air leaks. The Lightning Valve has a wider opening, inflates and deflates 57% faster than previous valves, and has an interior flap to prevent air from escaping. The tube does not come with a tow rope, and the cover is not sold separately.
