There is an earbud port for the headset base and the device can be used for voice communication while touring. The product comes with universal use base and supports a maximum of four people communicating while riding. The product's clip is of cheap quality and there are issues with wind noise when using an open-faced helmet. The device is also reported to have a delay in communication, which can make carrying on a conversation difficult. Support from the company is a problem when trying to get an issue resolved.
