However, the red tape didn't stay on as well as the black tape, although the company said there was no difference. My son said the red was good, but also came off while he was working out.

If I only work and do light things (not working out 7 days a week) they will last 9 days. If I work and then do yard work or go to the gym regularly they last me 5 days.
