After treatment, excess material must be rinsed off and surface fully dried before overcoating.   Q: Can filler or primer be used directly over treated surface? A: Yes. Once the treated surface is completely dry and free of residual Rust Mort, body filler or primer may be applied according to their respective preparation and adhesion guidelines.
