Şurup için : 600 g ( 3,5 su bardağı) toz şeker 1,2 litre ( 6 su bardağı) su 1 tatlı kaşığı limon suyu 1.Şurubun hazırlanışı: Ölçülü suyu ve şekeri tencereye koyup arada karıştırarak kaynamaya bırakın. Kaynama başlayınca, limon suyunu ekleyip, 5 dakika daha kaynatın. Ocaktan alıp soğumaya bırakın.. 2.Fırını belirtilen dereceye ayarlayıp ısınması için önceden açın.un karışımını çırpma kabına boşaltın. Üzerine yumurta ve sütü ilave edip mikser ile 5 dakika çırpın. Yağlanmış 28 cm çapında tepsiye döküp fırının orta rafında üzeripembeleşinceye kadar pişirin.
