When my wrists ache after playing guitar or gym, I'll soak my wrists and use the wraps to support the wrists while sleeping. But if this persists I'd see a doctor if I was you. It might be the onset of carpal tunnel syndrome.

    Răspuns: Hi, I use them for work mainly. I use a lot of tools and do some manual lifting. Because they're adjustable, I find them comfortable and adjust the pressure to suit what I am doing. I also use them to lift weights and support my wrists when doing press-ups. It's just about adjusting them so they are not too tight or too loose.
